Overview
This page lists the sub-processors used by the butcegardiyani.com platform for the processing of personal data. Aykete Digital ("we"), acting as a data processor, engages these sub-processors to provide our services.
All sub-processors are required to implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures in accordance with GDPR Article 28 and KVKK.

International Data Transfer Safeguards
The following safeguards are in place for data transfers to countries outside the EU/EEA:
- For sub-processors located in the USA, the European Commission 2021/914/EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) apply
- All sub-processors have signed Data Processing Agreements (DPA) in compliance with GDPR Article 28 requirements
- Our server infrastructure is hosted within EU borders (Germany)
Change Notification
Customers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes to this sub-processor list.
You have the right to object to changes in the sub-processor list. In the event of an objection, you have the right to terminate your agreement.
